Thursday is St. Patrick's Day! Yay. (^ヮ^)

St. Patrick's Day is a big deal over here. That's because a lot of Americans have Irish ancestry. For us, St. Patrick's Day is a day to celebrate those ancestors. ^^

My ancestors also came from Ireland. ^^

On St. Patrick's Day, we all wear green and go to parades. Don't wear green and you'll get pinched! Scary! Lol.

We paint four leaf clovers on our faces. And the adults drink lots of beer. Lol.

At the parades, we catch green necklaces and green candy. Chocolate golden coins are delicious!

I love St. Patrick's Day. Let's celebrate it together!

Hi! Ana chan!
Is that so? I feel so the American society is dry & openhearted. By the way, I went for a visit to a grave on schedule today. I spent a happy time with a cousin and an uncle after a long absence.
See ya!

Hi!Ana chan!
Is your ancestors Ireland? I thought your roots are Russian, because the name of the last princess of the Russian Empire is Anastasia.
See ya!

Hi! Ana chan!
From 19th March today, Japan is three holidays in a row. We call it holidays of "Ohiggan", and it's a period to respect ancestors. I go for a visit to a grave on Monday, too. Some wild grasses and flowers has begun to bloom. A comfortable climate is continuing.
See ya!

It's so funny you said that you and your mom suffered together!^^

I see. That makes sense. It's also a good way to learn a language, isn't it?
You really learn a lot using every method!^^

You said you had a headache on つぶやき. That's why.^^

Oh, I love "A whole New World"~!
It's kind of funny you like listening to those Disney songs in Japanese, because I like listening to them in English.
I don't really like translation versions, if they are originally written in English.
I wonder why you like Japanese so much!^^

Hi! Ana chan!
It's St. Patrick. For a Japanese, speaking of Ireland, it'S a folk song. Some Irish folk songs are sung in a Japanese school. I do not understand the reason, but the Irish folk song impresses a Japanese mind.
See ya!

Oh, you can take the class, as you are very much like an adult.^^
You are really sensible and have your own thoughts and ideas, so it's more fun to talk with you than many of my friends around here~
The adult students would be happy and amazed to have you as one of the members.^^

Oh, I was in a rut thousands of times! Lol
I think humans are forgetful animals and need to learn things time and again.
Maybe you normally learn things very quickly, so you feel you're stuck when things are not moving on easily.
To tell the truth, I still look up some English words when writing~Lol

Wow, that was really a funny dream!^^
I used to have a dream everyone speaks English and I kind of didn't notice people talked in English, as I simply understood the conversation. It didn't matter to me if it was Japanese or English as long as I could get it.
I can recall I had such dreams a lot when living in the U.S. and the U.K.
You're probably well versed in Japanese now, or you wouldn't have had an all-Japanese conversation dream~^^
I was happy to be in your dream! Maybe I talked to your mom with telepathy. Lol

Oh, St. Patrick's Day is coming soon~^^
Are "chocolate golden coins" the ones which look like coins and the chocolate is wrapped with golden aluminum foil? I think I remember them!
Your avatar is ready to go to the parade! I'll change my clothes for the parade too~^^
