Since you recommend "Kaina of the Great Snow Sea" I will have to try it out! I can binge watch it since it is all released now!
The "niku soba" sounds absolutely amazing! Soy-based flavor with pork is such a tasty combination! It's a bit difficult finding really good ramen here. A lot of the popular places for ramen are too far away from where I live.
Dumplings are so good! So many different fillings can be made! I tried making them myself a couple times! They taste so much better, but take so much time to prepare.
Regarding "Kaina of the Great Snow Sea," the original title is "大雪海のカイナ," and I highly recommend it. When you include the movie I watched this time, it's nearly seven hours in total. Given the grand scale of the story, the length is understandable. Some have compared it to Studio Ghibli's "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" and "Castle in the Sky," but I personally didn't feel that similarity. I thought it was worth watching.
The ramen was delicious. This time, I had the most popular type at the restaurant, which is called "niku soba" (meat ramen). It features a soy-based flavor that has been aged, and instead of chashu, it includes thinly sliced boiled pork, making it easier to eat. I want to have it again soon! (^◇^)
It's interesting to know that you like dumplings, Tsubomi-san. It's a bit surprising, but freshly made dumplings are delicious, and they taste even better when paired with beer. (Laughs)

I noticed more anime either have a really long first or final episode.
I don't mind longer episodes, but sometimes I don't pay attention and check the time length. Then I wonder why it takes me a while to finish an episode.

I've been watching an anime called "Kaina of the Great Snow Sea" over the past two days. However, it seems that only the final episode has been turned into a movie, so I plan to watch it tomorrow. I wonder if it's a marketing strategy not to create the entire story as a TV anime, or perhaps the story was just too long for a 30-minute anime. (laughs)
Also, for lunch today, I had ramen. It was from a ramen shop that has recently been featured on TV, so it was incredibly crowded, but I managed to enjoy the ramen I had in mind.
By the way, Tsubomi, what's your favorite food?
I used to wait and binge-watch shows, but newer ones that come out weekly I can't help but watch the episodes when they release.
Wow 20 shows a week? I bet that is challenging to finish, but fun at the same time!
I enjoy watching anime by recording and binge-watching it. I typically record about 20 shows a week, and then I go through the process of editing out the commercial scenes every day to compile them into one seamless episode. It can be quite a challenging task, but it's essential for me to fully immerse myself in the world of anime.
I didn't realize "The Irregular at Magic High School" is starting so soon! I look forward to watching it!
I watched a little bit of "Kaguya-sama Love is War!" It is very cute and funny! Maybe I can catch up before winter season anime begins.
Over here, new anime series have started in October.
Among them are "The Rising of the Shield Hero" and "Behind-the-Scenes Powerhouse" Additionally,
"The Irregular at Magic High School" is set to begin in January next year, so I'm looking forward to that.
If you're into romantic comedy, I highly recommend "Kaguya-sama: Love is War!"
I watch a lot of different anime!
I've seen Dragon Ball when I was younger. Gundam is pretty interesting too. I like "Gundam 00" and "Gundam Build Divers" the most!
I like isekai anime. That type is always fun and entertaining to watch! I'm watching "The Rising of Shield Hero" right now!
The "Irregular at Magic High School" was so good! My favorite was the main character. Lots of action and so exciting!
I enjoy romance, comedy and action anime the most. Spy x Family, Jujutsu Kaisen, and The Eminence in Shadow are my favorites currently!

I personally like isekai (alternate world) anime, but my all-time favorite is "The Irregular at Magic High School."
It's not isekai, but the protagonist is strong and smart, so it's enjoyable to watch.

8月も残り1週間です。日本の学生たちの夏季休暇も終わる頃です。
9月もきっと暑い日々が続くのだと思いますが、
もう少し過ごし易い気候になるといいなと思います。
気がつくと、夏の盛の頃に聴こえていた蝉の声も減ったみたいです。
少しずつ夏が終わり掛かっているのでしょうか、
この夏になにか変化がありましたか？
わたしは、ここ数年勤めていた派遣先の会社の雇用が
やっと終わることが決まりました。
お金のために勤めているのですが、業務以外のところで、
いろいろと大変だったので、終わることで、少しほっとしています。
今の派遣先会社の近くに大きな工場が建ち、大勢のひとが移動する様になるので、
交通混雑が予想されているので、そこから離れられるだけでも、安心出来そうです。
今現在も交通事情が悪くって、よく車の事故が起こっています。
次はもう少し通勤が楽になるといいんですが、
住んでいる田舎だと、車の運転が必須なんです。
次の派遣先はどんな会社かなぁ…

So many people are coming to Florida for summer vacations because of the beaches.
It's too crowded to be there. Thankfully I have a pool at my home. It is a lot safer from the epidemic!

家の外では、蝉(せみ)…って、米国にもいるでしょうけれど、日本の蝉と違うかもしれません。
その蝉がたくさん鳴いていて、夏だなぁ〜って気持ちになります。
多くの昆虫や動物たちが活発に活動する季節になって、わたしたち人間も、
活動的になって、夏休みには旅行したり〜するひとたちが増えます。
過去3〜4年、コロナウィルス流行で移動制限されてきたために、制限がなくなった
この夏は、たくさんのひとたちが、これまで以上に夏を楽しみたいと思っている様です。
コロナウィルス自体が無くなっているわけでは無いので、感染に用心しながら、
